Hi, I am Miriam, a Life Coach School certified life coach. I began my Future Self journey in 2018. Since then I have been on an amazing journey of self discovery, learning who I am, and what I am capable of. So now, instead of feeling stuck, and creating the same results over and over again, I have been on a trajectory of growth - becoming the next version of me.

If you feel like you are stuck, like the whole Future Self is eluding you, or if you really want to dive deep into your own inner wisdom, you are in the right place.

An important first step is knowing who you want to become. There are an unlimited number of possibilities for your Future Self, but we want to focus on your specific destination, so we can put it into your spiritual GPS.

Once you know who you are becoming, you will begin the process of connecting to your inner guidance system. You inner wisdom will be an invaluable ally in your journey to become your Future Self.

Becoming is an ongoing daily process that you will become a natural part of your day. You will begin packing the behaviors and patterns you will need in your Future and letting go of the ones that will no longer serve you.

We meet weekly for a 45-minute coaching call where we uncover your barriers and create new beliefs. You will receive meditations and mindfulness practices to enhance your journey, and a journal for your daily self-coaching practice.
